Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days from dispatch.

Q: ARE DUTIES PAID AT CHECKOUT?
For orders within the USA, there are no additional duties at checkout. The total amount paid during checkout includes all necessary taxes and fees.

Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once you place your order, please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Our fulfillment center will pack and ship your order as soon as possible. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Q: I ORDERED TWO PRODUCTS, BUT HAVE RECEIVED ONLY ONE. WHAT IS HAPPENING?
We dispatch each rug individually, so your items may arrive separately. If you have received one rug but not the other, don’t worry—your remaining item should arrive within a few days. You can track each shipment using the tracking details provided in your email.

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this stage, we only ship within the United States.

Q: DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN ANY HARMFUL CHEMICALS?
Not at all! Our rugs are completely safe for you and your family. They are free from PFOAs, PFOS, Formaldehyde, and APEO.
